The Flight Deck / Corporate is located just beside Butler and Barry (Old Barracuda) on the seafront itself. You can access the corporate area via the promenade.

 

Please ensure you have your QR ticket code on your smartphone as this is a requirement for check-in at both our official car parks and Flight Deck. This procedure helps us on our paperless journey.

  • Flight Deck Area opens at 12:00 noon
  • A BBQ buffet (for those with Flight Deck Tickets) will be served from 12pm – 2:30 pm
  • Approximate Air Display start time at 2:00 pm – subject to change

 

We advise spectators to plan your journey in advance and arrive early. Details of traffic restrictions, road closures, traffic advice and car park arrangements are available here.

 

Please note: Aircraft line-up, all ground events and activities are subject to change without notice and may be dependent on weather.

Tickets are not for sale at the event and must be bought online in advance.

There are no ID requirements and all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years or over.

Yes, Flight Deck – Our hospitality area is wheelchair accessible.

To eat

Prime Irish beef burger topped with smoked applewood cheddar, tomato relish & served on a brioche bun,  sriracha, honey & herb marinated chicken and jumbo sausages. 

Sides include Baby potato salad with creamy dijon mustard and spring onions, BBQ corn on the cob, American-style coleslaw and BBQ relish.

 

A vegetarian option will also be available. 

To drink 

Prosecco, white and red wine, Guinness, Rockshore, non-alcoholic beer and soft drinks.

If you would like to purchase a drink you will need to purchase drinks tokens from the check-in desk and these tokens will be exchanged for a drink at the bar.

Cash only can be used to purchase tokens

The following are prohibited from being brought into the Flight Deck enclosure: alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, bottles, cans and food products.

Our grandstand is not covered however the bar area will be covered. We advise visitors to dress appropriately for the weather.

Cancellations must be received in writing (via email) in advance of the event. The following cancellations charges apply:

  1. 4-5 weeks’ notice: Full refund
  2. 0-4 weeks’ notice: No refund
  3. Failure to attend: No refund

Amendments:

The Bray Air Display reserves the right to modify the package up to and including the day of the event. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy.

Cancellation (unable to proceed with the event before the start)

If unforeseen circumstances cause Bray Air Display to cancel the event all Flight Deck Tickets holders will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be made.

Please note: If for any reason, Bray Air Display has to cancel or abandon the event, Bray Air Display accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred by guests.

Abandonment (unable to complete the event once started)

In the event of  the Bray Air Display being abandoned, refunds on tickets purchased will only be paid in the following circumstances:

Abandonment prior to 12 noon – Full Refund excluding applicable service charges and handling fees

Abandonment after 12 noon – No Refund
