Bray Air Display Official Car Carking Terms

The Bray Air Display official car parking terms and conditions are:

 

Legal Contract

 

You are entering into a contract with Bray Air Display for a parking period confirmed in the online car park pre-booking process. The date of the contract is the date and time of confirmation of the booking as contained in the Order Confirmation Email sent to the email address provided by you when making the pre-booking and confirmed by you during the online pre-booking process on the third-party website.

 

Important Paperless Ticketing Notice:

 

Please ensure you have your QR ticket code available on your smartphone, as this digital ticket is strictly required for check-in at our official car parks. Note that your vehicle’s number plate is linked directly to your ticket and cannot be changed after purchase. This process supports our move towards a fully paperless system.

 

Parties and Nature of these Terms and Conditions

 

• The term “Parking Period” means the period of car parking described in the online pre-booking service.
• The term “Order Confirmation Email” means the email sent to you by Bray Air Display confirming all details of the pre-booking once payment for the pre-booking has been received in full by Bray Air Display.
• The term “Car Parking Areas” means the specific areas at Bray Air Display as may be designated from time to time for car parking by Bray Air Display.
• The term “Ticket Code” means the unique QR ticket code or number assigned to your car park pre-booking and contained in the Order Confirmation Email sent to you by Bray Air Display. Please ensure you have this QR ticket code on your smartphone, as this is required for check-in at our official car parks. This process supports our move towards a paperless system, and the code should be retained safely, as it will be necessary for check-in and any further communication with Bray Air Display regarding the pre-booking.
• These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all pre-bookings for car parking at Bray Air Display made electronically through the Ticket Tailor (third-party) or Bray Air Display websites.
• No employee or agent of Bray Air Display has the authority to vary any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Each confirmed pre-booking, as detailed in the Order Confirmation Email, shall constitute a contract between you and Bray Air Display. This contract will be at all times governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

 

Car Park Pre-Booking and Payment

 

• A car park pre-booking is deemed to have been placed when made electronically through either the third-party or Bray Air Display website. Payment for the pre-booking must be made online at the time of pre-booking when prompted to do so using a valid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express credit card.

 

Bray Air Display reserves the right not to fulfil your booking if:

 

• The payment card is declined for whatever reason.
• It is established that the payment card has been used fraudulently or without the cardholder’s permission.
• You are under the legal age of adulthood.

 

It will be necessary for your personal data to be disclosed to the relevant card issuer for the purpose of processing and confirming your payment. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties other than the relevant financial institution for the chosen payment method. Please note that this list of accepted payment cards is complete at the date of posting of these Terms and Conditions, but may be changed at any time at the absolute discretion of Bray Air Display.

 

• If your card payment is rejected, then your pre-booking will not be fulfilled or validated until Bray Air Display has received cleared funds.
• Bray Air Display reserves the right not to accept a pre-booking if it is incomplete in any way.

 

Car Park Pre-Booking Rules & Conditions

 

• Provided you satisfactorily complete the pre-booking and payment procedures and parking capacity is available for the dates and car park specified, you will receive an Order Confirmation E-mail confirming your car park pre-booking.
• Your pre-booking is non-transferable either from you to another party or between different car parks. Note that the vehicle’s number plate is linked directly to your ticket and cannot be changed after purchase.
• Pre-bookings will be deemed to have been accepted by you upon receipt by you of your Order Confirmation Email.

 

The pre-booking details and Order Confirmation Email are only valid for:

 

• The dates and times shown.
• At the Euro price shown.
• For car parking at the specified car park at Bray Air Display during the stated Parking Period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
• The tariff charge applied is that at the time of pre-booking.
• Use of the car parks at Bray Air Display is at all times subject to the terms and conditions of use which are posted at the entrance to each car park and reproduced here for ease of reference:

 

Parking Conditions of Use and Disclaimer

 

• Vehicles are left in this car park at any time at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.
• Bray Air Display, its servants, and agents accept no liability for any accident, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories, or contents, however caused.
• A call-out charge will apply for any vehicles left in the Car Parking Areas after the stated car parking area closing times.
• Vehicles not claimed within a full day will be removed and stored; towing charges and daily charges will apply for all unclaimed vehicles.

These conditions of use (as amended from time to time) are deemed incorporated into these Terms.

 

Cancellations or Amendments to Pre-Bookings for Car Parking

 

• No Refunds will be issued, or amendments will be made to pre-bookings.
• If Bray Air Display cancels your pre-booking for a reason within its direct control and not due to a force majeure event, then Bray Air Display will refund the amount it has received in connection with your pre-booking to you on the card used for the pre-booking.

 

Force Majeure

 

• Bray Air Display shall not be liable for any cancellation, curtailment, or otherwise caused by reason of war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, or technical problems. Furthermore, Bray Air Display cannot accept responsibility where the performance or prompt performance of this contract with you is prevented or affected as a result of such circumstances beyond Bray Air Display’s or your control.

 

Bray Air Display Liability

 

• Bray Air Display can vary or withdraw any offers without notice.

 

Car Parks Shuttle Bus Service

 

• Bray Air Display provides a shuttle bus service between the South Car Parking Areas to the Bray Air Display Event Site on Meath Road, Bray, during car park operational hours from morning until late evening.
• You are advised that it is your responsibility to allow an adequate amount of time to transfer between your car park and the Bray Air Display Event Site using the shuttle bus service.
• Bray Air Display does not accept responsibility if you miss any part of the event due to delayed shuttle bus service (e.g., due to exceptional traffic or weather conditions).
• All Car Park shuttle buses meet or exceed the statutory national requirements for public service and transport vehicles.

 

Bray Air Display Right to Cancel or Provide Alternative Car Parking Areas

 

• Bray Air Display reserves the right, if prevented from supplying the car parking for any reason, to cancel the contract or provide an equivalent alternative car parking area. In the event of such circumstances, Bray Air Display will use its best endeavours to provide as much notice to the customer as possible. In the event of cancellation of the contract by Bray Air Display becoming necessary, Bray Air Display will refund the payment received for the pre-booking but will not be responsible for any other costs which you may incur as a result.

 

Severability

 

• If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be declared invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part by any competent court or other authority whose decisions shall have the force of law binding on the parties, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

Privacy Policy

 

• Bray Air Display shall process personal details it may obtain from you in connection with your car parking booking in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

 

Entire Agreement

 

• These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Bray Air Display with respect to the provision of the relevant services. If you have any questions regarding any aspect of these Terms and Conditions, please seek independent advice or contact Bray Air Display for clarification before making a pre-booking.

 

Disclaimer

 

• To the fullest extent permitted at law, Bray Air Display expressly disclaims all and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to this website or the information, content, materials, or products included in this website including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• Bray Air Display does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this website is accurate, complete, or current (e.g., tariff and car park availability information is subject to change without notice).
