Media accreditation is NOW open – Please note – Press accreditation for the Bray Air Display is only allocated to media professionals

 

Important, please read:

 

  • Applicants must be part of the editorial team or on assignment for a specific publication, broadcast media, or news service, and must attend to specifically cover the event. Press ID & public liability insurance documents with Wicklow County Council and Bray Air Display indemnified on them are required in advance, as press passes will be issued onsite and will grant media access.
  • Accreditation is subject to approval by the #BrayAirDisplay Press Office. You will be notified via email once your application is processed. This normally happens within two/three weeks prior to the event.
  • Regardless of the type of accreditation, once approved, journalists and crew must collect their accreditation passes in person. They will need to show an ID card or passport and a valid national press pass (or recent assignment letter from a recognised media organisation) to pick up their pass.
  • Media accreditation is nontransferable.
  • Accreditation means you can cover the event, conduct interviews, vox pops and use the Media Centre to work from.
  • The Media Centre is for working media only; no other persons, including children, are allowed.
  • Light refreshments will be available only at the Media Centre.
  • The organisers of the Bray Air Display nor any of its servants or agents accept liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents, however caused.

 

Amateur photographers do not meet the above criteria. Unfortunately, we are unable to grant media access to this cohort. Please do not make an application as it will be declined. However, there are plenty of advantages to capturing stunning photographs as #BrayAirDisplay takes place on a 1km seafront, with all the action at 500ft.

Media accreditation is at the discretion of the Bray Air Display Press Office.
