New Car Park Pricing Structure

To help manage traffic flow and reward early planners, ticket prices for our official event car parks are now based on booking capacity and availability.

Simply put: the earlier you book, the more you save.

Please note that there is a strict limit of one ticket per order.

How It Works & Why It Helps

Our phase-based pricing structure is designed to encourage advance booking, which directly supports our logistics management.

• Securing the Best Rate: Because our Early Bird allocation is strictly limited, it automatically closes as soon as those spaces are filled. Booking early guarantees you the lowest possible rate.
• Streamlining Traffic: Booking ahead allows our logistics team to get an accurate, gradual vehicle count. This helps us optimise traffic management, reduce queues, and make everyone’s arrival as seamless as possible on the day of the display.

PARAMOUNT COMPLIANCE: Booking the Correct Details

When buying your parking pass, accuracy is essential to ensure entry on the day.

• Select the Correct Car Park: Ensure you select the car park that best suits your travel route. Your ticket grants access only to the car park listed on your pass.
• Enter the Exact Licence Plate: It is paramount that you double-check and enter your correct vehicle registration number at checkout. Because the check-in system is entirely automated, even a single typo or character error will cause it to reject your pass at the gate.

CRITICAL ACCESS RULES: QR Codes & Licence Plates

To ensure a seamless entry process and prevent delays at the gates, all official car parks operate under a strict, automated digital check-in system. Please review the mandatory rules below:

• Strictly Paperless Check-In: In line with our paperless journey, entry is entirely digital. You must ensure you have your Completed Order email open on a mobile device, with your unique QR code visible, when approaching the car park entrance.
• Screenshot in Advance: Mobile network signals can become highly congested at large public events. It is a mandatory requirement to take a screenshot of your QR code before leaving home to ensure it loads instantly at the gate.
• Licence Plate Synchronisation: Our digital QR code scanning system is fully synchronised with automatic licence plate verification at the entrance. Your parking pass is strictly valid only for the vehicle registration number submitted during your online checkout.
• Enforcement: Non-matching vehicles, or vehicles arriving without a pre-booked pass, will be subject to enforcement. They will be turned away or charged the maximum On the Day gate rate plus an additional administration fee.

Spaces move through the booking phases quickly as the event approaches. We highly recommend booking your spot as early as possible to secure the best available rate and ensure a hassle-free arrival!

Official Event Car Parks

Coach Parking

Coach parking is located at the South Event Car Park. Upon arrival, coach drivers and representatives will be provided with directions to a designated drop-off point for their party

Key Event Day Information

• Opening Hours: Designated event parking sites open at 10 am and close sharply at 8 pm on Saturday, August 1st.
• Complimentary Shuttle Bus: A complimentary shuttle bus service will operate from both car parks. No ticket or booking is required. A frequent service will kick off at 10 am. The drop-off/pick-up point will be close to the event site. The last pick-up from the event site is at 7:30 pm sharp.
• No Overnight Parking: Overnight parking is strictly prohibited in all event car parks.
• Arrival Advisory: Delays are inevitable. It is your responsibility to allow adequate time to travel and transfer between the car park and the Bray Seafront event area. Spectators are strongly advised to plan their journeys and arrive before 2 pm.
• Liability: Parking is at the owner’s sole risk. The event organisers, servants, and agents accept no liability for accidents, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories, or contents, however caused.

Important Paperless Ticketing Notice:

Please ensure you have your QR ticket code available on your smartphone, as this digital ticket is strictly required for check-in at our official car parks. Note that your vehicle’s number plate is linked directly to your ticket and cannot be changed after purchase. This process supports our move towards a fully paperless system.

The designated event parking sites are open on Saturday, August 1st, at 10 am and close at 8 pm sharp. 

Vehicles left in the Official Bray Air Display Car Parks (at various locations) are at the owner’s sole risk in all respects; the organisers of the Bray Air Display nor its servants or agents accept any liability for any accident, loss or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories or contents, however caused. Please note that NO overnight parking is permitted in any of the event car parks.

Again, we would like to stress that all spectators please plan their journey in advance and give themselves plenty of time to get to and from Bray. Arrive before 2 pm. There will be inevitable delays, so please be patient.

You are advised that it is your responsibility to allow an adequate amount of time to get to Bray and transfer between the car park and the event area on Bray Seafront.
