Planning your trip to the display on Saturday, August 1st? A new phase-based pricing structure and an automated check-in system have been introduced to manage event traffic.

Because prices are now linked to booking capacity and availability, the earlier you book your space online, the lower your rate will be.

The Booking Phases

Ticket prices are structured into four distinct availability tiers. Spaces move through these phases quickly as the event approaches:

Note: Please note that there is a strict limit of one ticket per order. Booking ahead provides the logistics team with a gradual vehicle count, which helps manage traffic flow and queue times on the day.

Mandatory Entry Rules & Automated Check-In

All official car parks operate under a strict, automated digital check-in system. To ensure entry at the gates, you must comply with the following rules:

• Strictly Paperless: Entry is entirely digital. You must display the unique QR code from your Completed Order email on a mobile device at the entrance.
• Screenshot in Advance: Mobile network signals can become highly congested at large public events. You are required to take a screenshot of your QR code before leaving home so it loads instantly at the gate.
• License Plate Synchronisation: The digital scanning system links your QR code directly to the vehicle registration number submitted during online checkout. Your pass cannot be altered after purchase, and even a single typo will cause the automated gate system to reject it.
• Enforcement: Non-matching vehicles, or those arriving without a pre-booked pass, will be turned away or subject to the maximum gate rate plus an additional administration fee.
• Select the Correct Car Park: Your ticket grants access only to the specific car park listed on your pass. Ensure you select the location (North or South) that best suits your travel route.

Official Event Car Parks

Coach Parking

Coach parking is located at the South Event Car Park. Upon arrival, coach drivers and representatives will be provided with directions to a designated drop-off point for their party.

Key Event Day Information

• Opening Hours: Designated event parking sites open at 10 am and close sharply at 8 pm on Saturday, August 1st.
• Complimentary Shuttle Bus: A complimentary shuttle bus service will operate from both car parks. No ticket or booking is required. A frequent service will kick off at 10 am. The drop-off/pick-up point will be close to the event site. The last pick-up from the event site is at 7:30 pm sharp.
• No Overnight Parking: Overnight parking is strictly prohibited in all event car parks.
• Arrival Advisory: Delays are inevitable. It is your responsibility to allow adequate time to travel and transfer between the car park and the Bray Seafront event area. Spectators are strongly advised to plan their journeys and arrive before 2 pm.
• Liability: Parking is at the owner’s sole risk. The event organisers, servants, and agents accept no liability for accidents, loss, or damage to persons, vehicles, accessories, or contents, however caused.
